FISH CUTLET- EASY AND TASTY




INGREDIENTS

Fish pieces (Fresh Tuna fish) - 12 nos(medium sized)

Onion - 2 Medium sized

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Curry leaves - 2 stands

Green chilly - 6 nos

Shallots - 7 nos

Boiled mashed potato - 2

Vinegar - 3 tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1 n 1/2tsp

Chilly powder - 1 tbsp

Garam masala - 2 tsp

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Egg - 1 

Rice flour

METHOD

Cook the fish pieces adding 3/4 tsp turmeric powder, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp pepper powder and 1 cup water.

Remove the spines and mince the fish.

Grind onion separately . Then grind green chilly, shallots, curry leaves together in a grinder.

Heat oil in a pan , add the grounded onion and saute well till it become transparent.

Then add ginger garlic paste, grounded green chilly, shallots, curry leaves and saute them well.

To this add the spices at low flame and mix well. Add the minced fish to this and mix well.

Switch off the flame, add mashed potato and combine it well with hand on cooling.Add 1 egg and mix it well.

Make it in desired shape, dip in rice flour and fry it in oil.
