TASTY ULLICHAMMANTHY
INGREDIENTS
Shallots - 10
Red chilly - 10
Coconut oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan,add shallots, red chilly ,salt and saute till the shallots turns light brown colour.
After cooling grind this finely in a grinder without adding water.
Serve it with dosa, curd rice, rice etc.
