LADIES FINGER/OKRA/VENDAKKA PACHADI


INGREDIENTS

Ladies Finger - 10

Shallots- 4

Ginger - small sized

Green Chilly - 4

Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp

Grated coconut - 1/2 cup

Mustard Seeds- 1/4 tsp

Curry leaves

Curd 

Oil

METHOD

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan,add the chopped ladies finger,1/2 tsp salt  and fry the ladies finger well.Keep it aside.

Grind grated coconut, shallots, ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds by adding 1 tbsp water.Dont grind it to fine paste.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter.Then add curry leaves, grounded mix and 3 tbsp water.

Add fried ladies finger to this and combine it well.Turn off the stove.

Add curd , salt and mix well.

Serve it with rice.
