SAUSAGE ROAST - SPICY



INGREDIENTS

Sausage - 8 

Onion - 3

Ginger - 1 small piece

Garlic - 4 cloves

Chilly Powder - 3 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 &1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala - 1 & 1/2 tsp

Mustard Seeds -1/4 tsp

Curry leaves 

Green Chilly - 2 nos

Tomato - 1

METHOD

Chop onion , ginger, garlic, tomato in to fine pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.

Add onionginger, garlic, curry leaves, green chilly and saute till it for few minutes.


Then add turmeric powder,coriander powder, chilly powder and saute it well,then add tomato and water .

Now add the finely sliced sausages to this mixture and cook well for about 20 - 25 minutes.

Add salt.

Add garam masala and saute it. Serve it as a side dish for rice, chapathi, bread etc.
