Sweet diamond cuts
Ingredients
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt - as needed
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Method
Mix all purpose flour , water and salt well.
Knead it into a soft dough.
Roll it thin.
Cut it in small diamond shapes.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the diamond cuts
Take sugar in a pan.Add little water. Bring it to boil and cook till it gets thick(consistency is almost to string).
Now add the fried cuts to this syrup and mix well.
