PINEAPPLE PUDDING



INGREDIENTS

Chopped Pineapple - 1 cup

Milk - 2 glass

China grass - 5 gram

Sugar - 7 tbsp

Condensed milk - 2 tbsp

Butter 

METHOD

Soak china grass in 1/2 cup water.

In a pan , saute the chopped pineapple with 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup water. Cook it well. 

In a pan boil soaked china grass till it dissolves well.

Then boil  milk, 4 tbsp sugar, and condensed milk in a vessel. Add china grass to this mixture.Stir continuously while adding china grass to the mixture. Mix well. Dont heat further.

Grease a vessel with butter/ghee and set the cooked pineapple layer first.Then pour the milk-china grass mixture over this layer after cooling.

Refrigerate it for 1-2 hrs.
