Healthy and easy dates oats shake
INGREDIENTS
Oats - 1/2 cup
Seedless dates - 10 nos
Milk - 1 cup
Ice cubes
METHOD
Roast the oats to light brown colour.
Blend the dates well adding little milk.If the dates are hard cook the dates in milk before grinding.
Now add the roasted oats , milk and ice cubes and blend them in a blender.
