CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE



INGREDIENTS


All purpose flour -  1 cup

Coco powder - 4 tbsp

Baking soda - 1 tsp

Soda powder- a pinch

Powdered Sugar - 1 cup

Egg - 2

Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

Butter -  100 gram

Milk - 1/2 cup

For Topping

Chocolate bar - 1 cup

Butter - 50 gram

Condensed milk - 3 tbsp


METHOD

Step 1 :Mix all purpose flour, coco powder and baking powder well.

Step 2 :Mix butter, powdered sugar well using an egg beater. Separate egg yolk and white. Add egg yolk one by one to the butter-sugar mixture and mix it well.Add milk and vanilla essence to this mixture and combine them well.

Step 3: Now add the mixture prepared in the step #1 little by little to the step #2 mixture .

Step 4:Beat the egg white well to a soft peak stage using an electric beater and add to step # 3 mixture.The cake mixture is ready .

Step 5 : Grease the baking mould with butter and pour the cake mixture to the mould.

Step 6: Bake it.

Topping Preparation

In a pan heat butter, chocolate bars and condensed milk.

Pour this topping on the cake and refrigerate it .
