EGG KABAB

Ingredients

Egg - 3

Mashed Potatoes - 6

Chopped Onions - 1

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Coriander powder - 2 tbsp

Chillie powder - 1  tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp

Garam Masala - 1  tbsp

Green chilly - 5

Curry leaves - 2

Salt -As needed

Bread crumbs

Method

Cut the boiled eggs into four .
Heat oil in a pan.Add onions followed by ginger garlic green chilli and curry leaves..Saute for a couple of minutes.

Add coriander powder and chilli powder and saute till fried.

Turn heat to low.Add mashed potatos followed by salt and garam masala. Mix well. Move to a bowl and let it cool.Mix well once it is cooled.

Make small balls with masala flatten them to disc shape and place the egg piece in side it and roll them to desired shape.

Heat oil in a pan. Dip each kabab in beaten egg and then roll them in bread crumbs.Deep fry in oil.
