Crispy dosas


Ingredients


Raw Rice - 2 cup

Urud dal - 1 cup

Boiled rice - 2 tablespoon

Fenugreek - 1 /4 tablespoon

Salt - To taste

Method

Soak all the ingredients except salt in water for 4 hours.

After 4 hours take out the excess water and grind them in a  grinder to smooth paste adding water.

Allow to ferment it for 8 hours .

After 8 hours add enough salt and cook the batter to crispy tasty dosas..:)
