CHICKEN MASALA



INGREDIENTS

Chicken                    -         1
Cumin                      -          1 tsp
Red Chillies             -          10
Ginger                      -          1 piece
coriander                  -          2 tsp
Turmeric                  -         1/2 tsp
Garlic                       -          6 cloves
Vinegar                    -         1.2 cup
Salt                           -         to taste
Curry leaves
Fat for frying

Method

1) Grind coriander, chillies, turmeric, garlic, ginger and cumin together with salt and vinegar.

2) Clean the chicken

3) Mix well with the ground ingredients and allow to stand for 1 hour.

4) Fry in 2 tbsp of fat, sprinkle water and cook covered till chicken is tender and there is no gravy. Serve hot.
