Bread Roll


Ingredients

Bread - 8 Slices

Boiled mashed potatoes  - 2

Chillie powder - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder- 1 /4  tsp

Garam Masala- 1 tsp

Garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp

Chopped onion- 1

Salt  - As needed

Oil

Curry leaves



Method

Heat oil in a pan . Saute onion, curry leaves well. Then add ginger garlic paste, chillie powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and saute for couple of minutes.Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Move this to a bowl and let it cool.

Take the bread slices and cut the sides.

Dip the bread slices in water for a second and squeeze off the excess water.

Place the prepared stuffing and wrap the bread.Make sure to pinch the edges and secure tight.Then roll them and make an oval shape.

Deep fry the prepared bread roll in hot oil.

Fry till it turns golden brown.
