APPAM/PAALAPPAM
Ingredients
Rice Flour-2 cup
Boiled rice- 2 tbsp
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Yeast - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
egg white - 1
Method
Grind boiled rice , grated coconut, yeast, sugar well.Then add rice flour and water to this and then grind again to make a smooth loose paste.
Keep it for about 8-10 hours so that it gets fermented.
Once it get fermented , add enough salt and then cook it in an appam chatti.
