Pazham Pori/Ethakkapam
Ingredients
Ripe plantain - 2
Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Maida/ all purpose flour - 1 /2 Cup
Wheat Flour - 1 /2 Cup
Turmeric powder - 1 /4 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 /4 tsp
Oil - to fry
Method
Slice the plantain length wise in to four pieces.
Take rice flour, wheat flour, maida, turmeric powder, sugar, cardamom powder in a bowl and blend it nicely by adding 3/4 cup water.
Dip the plantain slices in the batter and evenly coat them.

Method

Heat oil in a pan. When it is heated deep fry the batter coated plantain slices in oil till golden brown.
